About the Conference
The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems (ICAIIS 2027) is a premier forum for presenting original research and real-world applications in AI.
Topics of interest include:
- Machine learning and deep learning
- Natural language processing and large language models
- Computer vision and image understanding
- Reinforcement learning and autonomous agents
- Explainable, fair and responsible AI
- AI in healthcare, agriculture, finance and education
Important dates:
- Paper submission deadline: 30 November 2026
- Notification of acceptance: 10 January 2027
- Camera-ready submission: 25 January 2027
All submissions go through double-blind peer review by at least three members of the programme committee. Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings. Best Paper and Best Student Paper awards will be presented at the closing ceremony.

Guidelines
Submission Guidelines
- Papers must be original, unpublished and not under review elsewhere.
- Full papers: 8–12 pages. Short papers: 4–6 pages, including references.
- Use the IEEE two-column conference template (Word or LaTeX).
- Submit in PDF format only. Maximum file size: 10 MB.
- Reviews are double-blind, so remove author names, affiliations and acknowledgements from the manuscript.
Review Process
- At least three programme committee members review each paper.
- Papers are judged on originality, technical quality, clarity and relevance.
- Papers with more than 20% similarity are rejected without review.
Presentation and Registration
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present in person.
- Oral presentations are 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
- Papers that are not presented will be removed from the proceedings.
Ethics
- Declare any use of AI writing tools in the acknowledgements.
- Plagiarism, duplicate submission or data fabrication leads to immediate rejection.
