The submissions page provides a complete overview of all submitted papers, their review status, assigned reviewers, and decision actions such as requesting revisions, accepting, or rejecting submissions.
This dashboard helps program chairs monitor the progress of the peer review process and efficiently manage the evaluation workflow.
Step 1: Log in to PeerSubmit
- Open the PeerSubmit login page.
- Enter your registered email and password.
- Click the Login button to access your account.
Step 2: Select the Organization or Conference
- After logging in, you may see a list of organizations or conferences you have access to.
- Select the conference where you are assigned as a Program Chair.
Step 3: Open the Submissions Dashboard
- Navigate to the Submissions section in the conference dashboard.
- This page displays all submitted papers grouped by status such as:
- Pending – Submissions awaiting reviewer assignment.
- Reviewed – Submissions with completed reviews.
- Waiting – Submissions awaiting further action.
Step 4: View Submission Details
- Click on a submission card to open its details.
- You can view manuscript information such as title, abstract, keywords, and uploaded files.
- The page also shows the number of completed reviews and assigned reviewers.
Step 5: Manage the Submission
- Assign or manage reviewers for the submission.
- Request revisions from authors if improvements are needed.
- Accept or reject the submission after reviewing feedback.
Additional Actions Available
- Download submitted manuscripts.
- Monitor review progress.
- Track reviewer assignments and completion rates.
- Make final decisions on submissions.
By regularly checking the Submissions dashboard, program chairs can ensure that the peer review process progresses smoothly and that all submissions are evaluated efficiently.
