PeerSubmit allows organizers to create reusable Email Templates that can be used in email campaigns. Templates help save time and maintain consistent communication when sending announcements, reminders, and conference updates.

Instead of writing emails from scratch each time, organizers can design templates once and reuse them across multiple campaigns.

Step 1: Navigate to Email Templates

  • Log in to your PeerSubmit organizer dashboard.
  • From the left sidebar menu, go to Email Campaigns.
  • Click Templates to view existing email templates.

Step 2: Create a New Template

  • Click the Create Template button.
  • The template editor page will open.

Step 3: Enter Template Details

  • Enter a Template Name for internal reference.
  • Add the Email Subject line.
  • Enter the Email Content in the editor.
  • Design the message using text, formatting, and links.

Step 4: Use Personalization Tags (Optional)

You can personalize emails by inserting dynamic fields.

  • Add tags such as {name}, {email}, or other contact variables.
  • These tags automatically insert recipient information when the email is sent.

Step 5: Save the Template

  • Review the template content.
  • Click Save Template.
  • The template will now appear in the template library.
