PeerSubmit allows organizers to edit existing email templates to update their content, subject line, or formatting. Editing templates ensures your email messages remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with your conference communication needs.

You can modify any template from the email template library and reuse the updated version in future campaigns.

Step 1: Navigate to Email Templates

  • Log in to your PeerSubmit organizer dashboard.
  • From the left sidebar menu, click Email Campaigns.
  • Select Templates to open the template library.

Step 2: Select the Template to Edit

  • Browse the list of available email templates.
  • Locate the template you want to modify.
  • Click the Edit button next to the template.

Step 3: Update Template Details

Once the template editor opens, you can update the template content.

  • Modify the Template Name if needed.
  • Update the Email Subject.
  • Edit the Email Content using the editor.
  • Update links, formatting, or images within the email.

Step 4: Use or Update Personalization Tags

  • Insert dynamic tags such as {name} or {email}.
  • These tags automatically insert recipient details when the email is sent.

Step 5: Save the Updated Template

  • Review the updated template.
  • Click Save Template.
  • The updated template will now be available for future campaigns.

  • Keep subject lines clear and concise.
  • Ensure links and deadlines are up to date.
  • Use personalization tags to improve engagement.
  • Preview the email before using it in a campaign.
