PeerSubmit does not directly store or process full credit card information.

  • Online payments are processed via trusted third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
  • Payment processors comply with industry security standards, including PCI-DSS requirements.
  • All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

  • International Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)
  • ACH Transfer (USD – where applicable)
  • Credit/Debit Card payments via Stripe or PayPal

Payment availability may vary depending on the client’s location and event configuration.

3. Currency & Fees

Payments are generally processed in the currency specified in the applicable quotation or invoice (e.g., USD).

  • Banking or transaction fees charged by third-party processors may apply.
  • Clients are responsible for any additional bank or cross-border transaction charges imposed by their financial institutions.

4. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate.

5. Refund Policy

Fees for platform access are generally non-refundable once the conference portal has been activated.

  • Refund requests may be considered before activation at our discretion.
  • Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may not be refundable.

6. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel transactions suspected of fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms of Service.

7. Tax Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for compliance with applicable local tax regulations. For international services provided from India, invoices may reflect export-of-services treatment under applicable tax laws.
