How do team members access conferences they are invited to?

When a conference organizer invites you as a team member in PeerSubmit, you will receive access to the organization and conference where you can perform tasks based on your assigned role.

After logging in, you must select the organization and conference you have been granted access to. Your dashboard will then display the features available for your role, such as managing submissions, reviewing papers, or handling conference settings.

Step 1: Log in to PeerSubmit

• Go to the PeerSubmit login page.
• Enter the email address used when the organizer invited you.
• Enter your password and click Login.

Step 2: Select the Organization

• After logging in, you may see a list of organizations you have access to.
• Select the organization that invited you to collaborate.
• You will be redirected to the organization workspace.

Step 3: Select the Conference

• Choose the conference where you have been given access.
• The conference dashboard will open.

Step 4: Access Features Based on Your Role

• Your access will depend on the role assigned by the organizer.
• For example, program chairs may manage reviews and decisions.
• Reviewers can access assigned submissions.
• Admins or assistants may manage settings, communication, or conference data.

Important Notes

• You will only see conferences where you have been granted access.
• If you cannot see the conference, contact the organizer to confirm your access permissions.

Once the conference is selected, you can start working within the system according to your assigned responsibilities.
