How can organizers view all submitted papers?
Paige Watson
Updated on 10 March 2026Once authors submit their research papers, conference organizers can view and manage all submissions from the PeerSubmit conference dashboard. The platform provides a centralized submissions list where organizers can track incoming papers, review their details, and manage the peer review process.
This submission management system allows organizers, program chairs, and reviewers to monitor the progress of each paper from submission to final decision.
Step 1: Open the Conference Dashboard
Organizers can access all submissions through the conference dashboard.
- Log in to your PeerSubmit account.
- Open the conference you want to manage.
- Navigate to the Review & Decisions section.
- Click on Submissions.
This section displays all papers submitted to the conference.
Step 2: View the Submissions List
The submissions list provides an overview of every paper submitted to the conference.
- View the title and authors of each paper.
- See the submission date and selected track.
- Check the current review status.
- Access actions such as viewing details or assigning reviewers.
This list helps organizers quickly understand the overall submission activity.
Step 3: Use Search and Filters
PeerSubmit provides search and filtering tools to help organizers manage large numbers of submissions.
- Search by paper title or author name.
- Filter submissions by track or topic.
- Filter by review status or decision status.
These tools make it easier to locate specific submissions during the review process.
Step 4: View Detailed Submission Information
Organizers can open any submission to view its complete details.
- Click View Details for the selected paper.
- Review the manuscript title, abstract, and keywords.
- See author and co-author information.
- Download the uploaded manuscript file.
This page also allows organizers to manage reviewer assignments and track review progress.
Monitoring Submissions Using the Review Pipeline
PeerSubmit also provides a visual workflow view called the Review Pipeline, which helps organizers monitor submissions at different stages of the review process.
- Papers awaiting reviewer assignment.
- Papers currently under review.
- Reviewed papers awaiting decision.
This visual pipeline helps conference organizers manage the review process more efficiently.
Next Step
After viewing submissions, organizers can assign reviewers, monitor review progress, and make acceptance decisions for each paper.
