PeerSubmit allows organizers to integrate external email delivery services to send campaigns and notifications reliably. By connecting an email provider such as AWS SES, Mandrill, or other supported services, organizers can send bulk emails, campaign messages, and automated notifications directly from the platform.

Integrating an email provider ensures high deliverability, detailed email analytics, and reliable campaign performance.

Create email template

Step 1: Open Apps & Integrations

  • Log in to your PeerSubmit organizer dashboard.
  • From the left sidebar menu, click Apps & Integrations.
  • Locate the available Email Provider integrations.

Step 2: Choose an Email Provider

  • Select the email service you want to connect.
  • Examples of supported providers include:
  • AWS SES
  • Mandrill
  • Other supported SMTP services

Step 3: Enter Integration Credentials

  • Enter the required API credentials provided by the email service.
  • For example:
  • API Key
  • Secret Key
  • Region or Server Settings
  • Save the configuration.

Step 4: Verify the Integration

  • After saving the credentials, verify the connection.
  • Ensure the email provider status shows as Connected.
  • Send a test email if available.

Step 5: Start Sending Campaigns

  • Once the integration is active, go to Email Campaigns.
  • Create or schedule email campaigns.
  • The integrated provider will deliver all campaign emails.
