How do program chairs download conference submissions?

Updated on 10 March 2026Program Chairs can download submitted papers and related submission data directly from the conference submissions dashboard. This feature allows organizers to export manuscripts for offline review, archival, or sharing with the program committee.
PeerSubmit provides options to download individual manuscript files or export submission data for all papers submitted to the conference.
Step 1: Log in to PeerSubmit
- Log in to your PeerSubmit account using your registered email and password.
- Select the conference where you are assigned as a Program Chair.
Step 2: Open the Submissions Page
- Navigate to the Submissions section of the conference dashboard.
- This page lists all submitted papers along with their titles, tracks, and review status.
Step 3: Download Submission Files
- Open the submission you want to download.
- Click the Download icon next to the manuscript file.
- The file will be downloaded to your computer.
