Step 1: Configure the Review Deadline
Reviewer reminders are based on the review deadline defined in the conference submission settings.
- Open your conference dashboard.
- Navigate to CFP Settings → Submission & Review.
- Set the Review Deadline for the conference.
- Save the settings.
PeerSubmit will use this deadline to schedule reminder emails for reviewers.
Step 2: Customize the Reminder Email Template
Organizers can customize the reminder email template that reviewers will receive.
- Go to Conference Settings → Email Templates.
- Open the Reviewer tab.
- Edit the template used for review reminders.

- Save the template.
