PeerSubmit allows organizers to download or export form responses for further analysis and reporting. Exporting responses helps organizers review submissions offline, share data with team members, or import the data into other tools such as spreadsheets or analytics platforms.

Responses can be downloaded directly from the form report page with a single click.

Step 1: Go to the Forms Section

To export responses, first access the form report page.

• Log in to your PeerSubmit organizer account.
• Click Forms in the left sidebar menu.
• Locate the form whose responses you want to export.

Step 2: Open the Form Report

• Click the Responses or Report option next to the form.
• The form analytics and response page will open.

Step 3: Download the Responses

Once you are on the form report page:

• Click the Download button located near the response table.
• PeerSubmit will generate a file containing all submitted responses.
• The file will be downloaded to your device.

What Information Is Included in the Export

The exported file typically includes all form responses submitted by participants.

• Participant details such as name, email, or contact information.
• Responses to all custom and imported form fields.
• Submission timestamps if available.
