Updated on 10 March 2026PeerSubmit allows organizers to control the number of submissions accepted for a conference. Setting a submission limit helps manage reviewer workload and ensures the conference receives a manageable number of papers.
Organizers can configure submission limits directly from the conference submission settings.
Step 1: Log in to Your PeerSubmit Account
Start by logging in to your organizer account.
- Open the PeerSubmit login page.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Click Login to access the dashboard.
Step 2: Open the Conference
Navigate to the conference where you want to configure submission limits.
- Go to All Conferences.
- Select the conference you want to manage.
- Open the Conference Dashboard.
Step 3: Navigate to CFP Settings
Submission limits are configured inside the conference Call for Papers (CFP) settings.
- Click CFP Settings in the sidebar.
- Open the Submission Settings section.
Step 4: Set the Submission Limit
You can define the maximum number of submissions your conference will accept.
- Locate the field for Maximum Submissions.
- Enter the maximum number of papers allowed.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Once the limit is reached, the system will automatically prevent additional submissions.
Important Notes
- Submission limits help manage conference capacity.
- Organizers can update the limit anytime before submissions close.
- If the limit is reached, authors will not be able to submit additional papers.
Using submission limits ensures that organizers can effectively manage the peer review process and maintain the quality of accepted papers.
