Conference organizers often need to download submitted papers and related information for offline review, archiving, or preparing conference proceedings. PeerSubmit allows organizers to export submission data and manuscript files directly from the conference dashboard.

Using the download feature, organizers can easily export submission details, author information, and manuscript files for further analysis or record keeping.

Step 1: Log in to Your PeerSubmit Account

Begin by logging in to your PeerSubmit organizer account.

  • Open the PeerSubmit login page.
  • Enter your registered email address and password.
  • Click Login to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Select the Conference

After logging in, open the conference from which you want to download submissions.

  • Navigate to All Conferences.
  • Locate your conference.
  • Click Manage Conference to open the conference dashboard.

Step 3: Open the Submissions Section

To access submitted papers, open the submissions list for your conference.

  • Navigate to the Submissions section.
  • View all submitted papers.
  • Use filters to locate specific submissions if needed.

Step 4: Download Manuscript Files

You can download individual manuscript files directly from the submission details page.

  • Click the submission title to open its details.
  • Locate the uploaded manuscript files.
  • Click the Download button next to the file.

Step 5: Export Submission Data

PeerSubmit also allows organizers to export submission information for reporting or record keeping.

  • Use the Export or Download Data option.
  • Download submission metadata including titles, authors, and tracks.
  • Save the exported file for reporting or conference proceedings.

What Can Be Downloaded

  • Manuscript files uploaded by authors
  • Submission titles and abstracts
  • Author and co-author information
  • Tracks and topics selected by authors
  • Review scores and decisions (if available)

Downloading submission data helps organizers prepare proceedings, share files with committees, and maintain records of conference submissions.
