How to Add Reviewers to Your Conference

Updated on 10 March 2026Reviewers play a critical role in the peer review process by evaluating submitted papers and providing expert feedback. In PeerSubmit, organizers can easily invite reviewers, manage their profiles, and assign them to submissions based on their expertise.
All reviewer management is handled inside your conference workspace under the CFP Settings section.
Open the Reviewers Section
To add reviewers to your conference, first navigate to the reviewers management page.
- Open your conference dashboard.
- In the left sidebar, go to CFP Settings.
- Click Reviewers.
- You will see the list of current reviewers assigned to the conference.
Add a New Reviewer
You can invite new reviewers by adding their profile to the conference review committee.
- Click the Add Reviewer button.
- Enter the reviewer’s name, email, and affiliation.
- Add the reviewer’s expertise areas or research topics.
- Save the reviewer profile.
Once added, the reviewer becomes part of the conference review committee and can be assigned to evaluate submissions.

PeerSubmit allows organizers to tag reviewers with their areas of expertise. This helps match submissions with the most suitable reviewers.
